”For me, animal protection abroad means active help on site in the sense of helping people to help themselves, educational work, especially in schools, knowing that change takes time, and regular campaigns that give people security. In this sense, animal protection abroad is also a form of development cooperation for me, which helps animals but also people whose lives are so different from our mostly carefree lives. The pursuit of these goals motivates me to help as a volunteer. In my view, the work of CoVets pursues precisely these goals and I am grateful that I was able to make a small contribution as a volunteer and hopefully will be able to do so in the future.”

“Professionally, I appreciated the organisation, the distribution of tasks, the equipment available for the captures, the protocols used, and especially the humane way in which the animals were treated from the moment they arrived at the campaign site throughout the entire process until they were returned to their owners.
